Frequently Asked Questions – Skirts with Lights

1. How are the products made?
Our skirts are handmade , by us. We put a lot of passion into every detail and we believe that the joy we feel while making them is transmitted to those who receive them. 🙂

2. How do the bulbs turn on?
The LED lights in the skirts are battery operated. You can turn them on or off at any time using the On/Off button.

3. Who are the skirts for?
The light-up skirts are for girls, teenagers, women and babies . They symbolize courage, creativity and the desire to shine , leaving behind "WOW!" reactions.

4. How to wash skirts with lights?
Being handmade, they must be washed carefully , strip by strip, without touching the bulbs or the battery .

5. What materials are they made of?
The skirts are handmade from tulle , with LED lights and a ribbon to tie around the waist.

6. What are the payment methods?
We offer two options:

• Payment to the courier – you pay when the package reaches you.

• Secure payment by card – through Shopify Payments, a secure and frequently used service in Romania, with VISA or Mastercard cards.

7. How long does delivery take?

• In-stock products are usually delivered within 1–2 business days .

• During busy periods (e.g. winter holidays), delivery may take 1–7 business days .

• Made-to-order products have the delivery time specified in the product description.

8. What is the return procedure?

• You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason and without penalties.

• The parcel is picked up by the GLS courier sent by us. The customer does not have to travel.

• Products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered: original packaging, with all accessories and documents .

• The return cost is 16.9 lei , borne by the customer and deducted from the refunded amount.

• The product value will be refunded by bank transfer, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package by the courier .
