Return Policy – ​​Skirts with Lights

Right of return

• According to current legislation, you have the right to return products purchased online, within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, without penalties and without giving a reason.

• The only costs that fall on the customer are those related to the transportation of returned products (16.9 lei).

How to request a return

1. Send an email to fustiteculuminite@gmail.com , in which you mention:

   • the name under which the order was placed,

   • order number,

   • the bank account (IBAN + name of the holder) where you want to receive the product value.

2. Attach a picture of the product packaged exactly as it was received, with all accessories and related documents, to the email.

   • Without this proper packaging, the return cannot be accepted.

3. After receiving your request, we will send a GLS courier to your address to pick up the package.

Costs and reimbursement

• The return cost is 16.9 lei , which is deducted from the refunded amount.

• The refund is made by bank transfer, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return package.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: unworn, unused, with intact labels and original packaging.

• Customized products (special sizes, designs or materials, made according to the requirements of the order) cannot be returned.

• If the product has manufacturing defects, we will cover the shipping costs and replace the item with an identical one (model, size, color).

Product exchange

• If you want to exchange the product for another size/color/model, the shipping fee is 30 lei (round trip + return).

• Exchange is possible within the limit of available stock.

Guarantee

• The products benefit from a 30-day commercial warranty for any manufacturing defects.

• In case of improper use, the company reserves the right to refuse the return and recover any damages.
